As a non-profit corporation we are required to hold an annual meeting of the members. A report on the past year is given and the next year's Board of Directors are elected. Both parents are encouraged to attend however only 1 parent is required to attend. Each family has 1 vote. Childcare is not provided during the Corporation Meeting.
